By planning ahead and pre-auditing the objective evidence that is presented during the audit, the effort leads towards ongoing continual improvement of these quality management systems and a history of very few or NO non conformances during our client’s third party audits.
Our participation in their annual registrar audits also is allowing the DO – CHECK and ACT flow to maximize their audit results while minimizing the time needed to complete the audit.
